My friend and I went into Grainger to buy more 2" galvanized steel piping and the accompanying ends and bends pieces. While the store was pretty the person helping us had AN INSANELY DIFFICULT TIME LOCATING THE ITEMS IN THE COMPUTER SYSTEM. We even brought examples of 2 out of 3 footers and joiners to show them. This process of finding the correct inventory took over 2 hours. Seriously. The staff had to take a picture of our examples then GOOGLE IT TO MAKE SURE GRAINGER CARRIED IT. I HIGHLY SUGGEST looking up products and placing your order on line for pickup. Frustrating. We didn't have to choose Grainger. I probably won't in the future.

I stopped in the Bethlehem Branch yesterday for various fittings on a machine I use. Right as I walked in the door Kristy immediately asked if I needed help and began searching for what I needed. She gave me a plethora of options for what I needed and even tried to find me the best price and availability. I LOVE this place now. Usually I try to find everything myself online but not anymore- Grainger is my place now. It's worth the saved time, aggravation, and quality of parts- they can even find parts for me over the phone/ online and ship right to my business. It's amazing the inventory they have. Kristy was great and really won my business currently and in the future.
